Easy returns
- Return your items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of parcel
- include a copy of your invoice or quote your invoice number when returning the item
- we are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher, or a refund, for any purchase made via our Lyndi J Australia online store
- the items must be unused and have all original tags still attached and be in a re-sellable condition
- Refunds are generally processed with one business day, however bank processing times vary and may take up to a week to show up in your account. You will receive email notification when your return as been processed or exchange items shipped.
- Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges on returns. We will pay the return postage when sending an exchange back to you.

- Please allow 3 to 6 working days for delivery within Australia for express delivery.
