Wrong size or not quite what you wanted? No problem we offer 30 day returns PLUS FREE POSTAGE on the item if you are exchanging it (Australia only). 

We are also happy to provide a refund if you would like to return your purchase.

 

Easy returns

• Return your items for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of parcel
• include a copy of your invoice or quote your invoice number when returning the item
• we are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher, or a refund, for any purchase made via our Lyndi J Australia online store
• the items must be unused and have all original tags still attached and be in a re-sellable condition
• Refunds are generally processed with one business day, however bank processing times vary and may take up to a week to show up in your account. You will receive email notification when your return as been processed or exchange items shipped. 
• Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges on returns. We will pay the return postage when sending an exchange back to you. 

Delivery of your Order

Within Australia:

• Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery within Australia for regular delivery.
• Please allow 3 to 6 working days for delivery within Australia for express delivery.
• While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner sometimes delays occur please email us if you have any queries about the delivery of your order.

•  Regular delivery flat rate $9.50
•  Express delivery 1-4 garments $17.50 or 5-10 garments $26
